What is the fascination with people’s buttocks? Their asses. Butts. Behinds. Derrières. Gluteus maximus.

Without getting into details, it’s our animal instinct. When given the chance to peer at someone’s posterior, we take advantage. Maybe we see something we like. Maybe we don’t. But we learn something about personality, occupation or secret preferences.

Crack Project is a photographic study of the buttocks that will display photos centered in the gutter of a book. We are looking for people who are willing to have their buttocks photographed and tell their personal history.

Each individual chosen* will be professionally photographed and documented. The images will be published in a book dedicated to buttocks as well as be featured in a gallery opening.
